Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. At BDF Inc, we stand behind our products and guarantee that they are free of factory defects or your money back.

BDF Inc understands that certain purchases may need to be returned; however, no merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from our customer service department. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original cartons to receive credit. Custom printed orders cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We must receive returned items in the original packaging and in the same new condition as when they were originally shipped to you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at djoufeng@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization number and provide the reason for return. You will receive shipping instructions via email shortly afterward.

Note: Due to the delicate nature and fragility of mannequins and their components, all mannequin purchases are final. Returns are only accepted if the carton is unopened. Once the carton is opened and the product is removed, it cannot be resold and may not be returned.
